Ingridients:
- 200g Cooked peas
- 100g Iberian ham
- Black Truffle
- Extra virgin olive oil
Cook the ham in a frying pan with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil until it looks toasted. Leave it to cool on a plate so that it hardens. In the same frying pan, lightly sauté the peas. Crush the ham into crunchy shavings. Mix the peas with the ham and add some black truffle slices to the plate.
